By accessing or using Local Deals (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Local Deals is a platform where local businesses post their own specials for nearby customers to browse. Deals are submitted and managed by the businesses themselves. We are not the seller, we do not process the sale, and we do not guarantee availability, pricing, or the quality of any listed offer.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live).
Paid memberships (when available) begin with an optional 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged the then-current monthly rate ($2.99/month at time of writing). You can cancel anytime from your Account page. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
All offers are provided by the underlying merchant and are subject to that merchant's terms, inventory, and pricing at the time of redemption. Merchants can modify or end an offer without notice. Any dispute about a purchase, refund, warranty, or service quality is between you and the merchant.
Do not scrape, resell, or misrepresent our content, submit false or infringing deals, or use the Service to send spam. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, current, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Deals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any listed offer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
