Our core promise

Local Deals does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their advertising or marketing. Your city, state, email, phone number, and account activity stay with us and are used only to run the service you signed up for.

What we collect

Account info you provide: email, and optionally phone, city, and state.
Approximate location if you grant permission, used to sort deals by distance.
Basic activity: which categories and deals you view, so we can improve the feed.
Standard technical logs (device type, general region, timestamps) for security and reliability.

What we do with it

Show deals near you and match your saved preferences.
Prevent abuse and keep the service running.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data.
We do not share your contact info with vendors or advertisers.
We do not send third-party marketing on someone else's behalf.

Service providers

We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) strictly to operate Local Deals. They may process data only on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Vendor links

Tapping a deal opens the vendor's own website or app to redeem the offer. Once you leave Local Deals, that vendor's privacy policy applies to what happens there.

Your choices

Request account deletion by contacting us.
Deny or revoke location permission at any time in your browser or device settings.
